It is a union of trust and confidentiality. Unlike therapy, which deals with your past history, wounds and emotional behaviors, Coaching focuses on the here and now, taking into account all your skills and positive strengths. Through the process of inquiry, you are reconnected to your authenticity, for only you know what is best for you. Out of this comes lasting growth and change.

Metaphorically speaking, we will design the landscape for your goals. We will work hand-in-hand, scratching and tilling the earth, removing rocks and boulders, carefully planting seeds and ultimately harvesting the crops for success and satisfaction in your life.
